One of my best friend’s step-mothers recently had surgery to remove lumps from her neck to determine if they were cancerous. The results came back as both positive and inconclusive. Some of the lumps were cancerous, some they aren’t sure. Further testing is required and until then the doctors are treating it as if they removed all of the cancer ( Read more... )

Thankfully Patrick & I resolved our last issue… he assured me we are still OK financially (as a couple) and that his drunken words were mostly his own self-esteem issues creeping out (he still doesn’t believe that he deserves to be with someone who he feels is “as beautiful and amazing” as I am). I’m not always a fan of my fiancée when he’s been drinking… I know he’s had a long couple of days, hell so have I, so going to the bar last night was at the top of my list of “Things I want to do after work”.
