My friend Emily and I just got accepted to lease a live/work commercial store front in Downtown Vallejo. We still have to sign the lease, pay the deposit and get insurance for a commercial property, but we are hoping to do all that today and tomorrow, so we can get the keys by Friday ( Read more... )

We're finally moved in to our Oakland home, and tonight is our 2nd night sleeping here.
There's still one more trip to make to San Jose to pick up the last truckload of stuff and finish cleaning out the old room.
