Our orders have been shipped.
Esitmated delivery time: 5 - 14days.
For ur information, I have 2 other sprees that have been shipped on the 16th also.
So it will depend on which parcel to come first, and i will settle that first.

Still no news of the parcel arriving.
Check with AE, but they only response with what the website have told me.
So now, continue to wait. I will e-mail them again, if i fail to receive in another 3 more days.

I e-mail them yesterday. No response.
Thus i made a call today.
CS say need to monitor till next week, if by next week, still nothing, then i give them a call again.
Was worried, because this is the first time i deal with AE, with parcel could be somewhere lost or on ulu island. ( read this page and u know y: http://community.livejournal.com/sgspree/2306310.html)
Will try my best to monitor everything. Keep u all informed again.
Edit: I called Singpost also. But parcel not in Singapore, thus Singpost can't track it neither. I will call Singpost again on mon to see if i ask them to help us keep alook-out for the items.

Currently CNY period, so Singpost don't update.
Still no news on where the item is. Will try to call USPS.
I will wait till 12 Feb. If still no news / updates on the status, i will lodge a complaint to AE again, & request for refunds and there will be some exchanges losses. Hope u all understand this.
I really hope that the parcel would arrive, because it contain my fiance gift, so i'm just as upset too.

E-mail USPS on the 8th, and they revert that it would be better for the Merchants to call them.
I called AE and inform them that the parcel is missing. Till today no news.
CS mention that she couldn't track it as well, & will be requesting for refund for us, including the shipping, as she felt that it wasn't our fault. I'm requesting for it too.
Mention that we need to wait for ard 8-10 days for the refund, max. 20 days.
estimation: 4 days to request, 4 days for HQ to response, 2 days to refund.
I will keep track of the status and inform u, after i received the refund. There will be some exchange rate difference and losses.

I have called AE and asked about the refund. They have request for it, but it haven't been processed.
Another thing is, I have just check the Singpost website, & the items have arrived in Singapore.
So tml, i will call Singpost, as i don't understand from the status, stating that:
Departed from SingPost Fulfilment Centre.
Will check with Singpost to confirm before informing AE. Keep u all inform again.
I just called AE, and got a attitude problem CS...now item arrive in Singapore.....*opps... >.<

As for refund, I'm not going to request for it. Afterall, what most important is that the parcel arrived.
