I'm seriously downloading between 10 and 15 new albums a month, and I'm not always listening to all of them. Every once in a while, I'll come across something I downloaded (and, hence, paid for - I don't do the whole copyright violation thing) that I haven't listened to. I rode 10 miles today on my bike. Why the hell did I do that? Especially when I have to stay up tonight and finish up a paper on what deference the Federal Circuit should give a trial court's claim construction. Seriously! Just dumb.

Also, the Supreme Court has finally ruled in KSR v Teleflex. So we've got a whole new standard of obviousness to deal with in patent law. That's... fun.
