What a day it has been! Its been baby's turn to be ill - he woke up all wheezy so I managed to get him an appointment at the docs. So he's been given an inhaler, but we're hoping its not asthma. Sam had hockey this morning - a 7.45am start to get to Edinburgh for the match. Thay won with her acheiving some good saves and thankfully no fainting spells this time! We've got gale warnings here. It is very very windy and we have had that old Scottish phenomenon - horizontal rain - all morning. A day to sit inside and keep warm? I wish! Managed to get Sam in to see a doctor this afternoon - okay I knew it was a migraine, but this is the worst she has ever been and I hoped to get some proper medication that would help her. Okay - forgive me but I am soooo excited I think I'm going to burst! Found out today that Sam is to play the bagpipes at Murrayfield for Scotland's next three rugby internationals! Yep, Winter has arrived all right. It stopped raining long enough for us to have fireworks on the beach on Saturday night for my Austrailian nephew who has never seen them.
