So far.. so good. We've had to sign so much paperwork, its insane. There have been little hiccups here and there and every time I think this is going to be the thing that knocks us out of escrow. This house has fallen out a couple times before us and it makes me so nervous that we're just going to get added to the list of people who fell out of ( Read more... ) -

Everything is going well so far! *fingers crossed* We signed a GIANT stack of papers on Saturday and gave our deposit check to officially enter into escrow. I'm not sure what's next. We're having a really long escrow, which is good and bad. We don't close until September 19th! We have the option of moving closing up sooner if we want, and have ( Read more... ) -

Entering into escrow again! The last house I was happy with pretty much just because I wanted to be done looking, but this house... I AM IN LOVE. I love this house. Prayers everything goes smoothly this time! -
Welp. Never mind.
We walked away from the house. The more we got into the deal and the more research we did we figured out the seller was being kind of shady. The sell was a for sale by owner and the seller was going to carry the loan but the more we got into it the more yuck it was. So I signed up for another Relay For Life, for this April. The American Cancer society puts it on, its a fund raising event where you basically rally everyone you know to make donations to your team. The day of the event you camp out wherever the event is and you walk, for 24 hours. Someone from your team is supposed to be walking at all times ( Read more... ) -
