I am fascinated by the tactics switch brought on by the NDP's stronger numbers in the polls. It underscores how campaigning is about showing how bad your opponents are rather than championing your own platform. -

I read on CBC somewhere that the argument Bell and Rogers were making for pay-per-use internet was that the infrastructure was not able to handle this volume and this was to slow people's internet usage.
