hey, so i know we have plans tomorrow for you both to meet my parents, and i'm really excited for it, but i thought of something...i need for you to NOT mention my..you know..when i was attacked. please. i never told them about it and i don't want them to know. sorry, i know it sounds so weird but i just thought i should say something

thank you. well....they're a little overprotective. they didn't really even like me moving here and they worry and if they knew this they'd freak out, and there isn't anything they can do about what happened, so it's just easier if they don't know.

I'm not going to tell you how to be with your own parents, but...I think it's important that you tell them eventually. They deserve the opportunity to be there for you.

i appreciate what you mean, but it's over and done with, i don't need them to be there for me for that, it'd just make things worse and we'd probably fight. i don't think there would ever be a right time to even tell them. i was just lucky that you and vic were there for me <3

see, you get it. they know enough, they worry even if things are fine, and i don't want them thinking that me living here is a huge mistake, cos that IS what they'd think i'm sure, if they knew.
