Westercon

I just found out something interesting on LJ. If you set a picture on default, delete it, and put up your allowed number of icons, the picture will remain your default and you can have one more than you really should have. The only thing is, if someone wants to see your userpics, the non-existent defult picture will show up as a little red 'x'. -
Oh yay, fun
Ok, anyway, today my family and I were cleaning out the garadge so the new washer and dryer could be moved in. Ok, all fine and good until we run out of trash can space. Whatever, nothing the neighbors' trash cans can't fix. So the lawn gets mowed, the junk (a lot of it, I don't even know if it was most of it) gets removed and now you can see the ( Read more... ) -

Interesting
My day-to-day activities have taken an unexpected turn. Before, when I would only occasionally pick up a book with an interesting-sounding back cover, read it for about two months and not start a new one for a long time... basically I wasn't a fan of reading books other than the series I had become interested in over the years.
