So, yesterday was my 3rd day at work - and they sent me to a conference to represent the school on transitional services. Despite every other thing coming out of my mouth being "It's my 3rd day" it went rather well. I learned a lot and made a fair amount of contacts that will undoubtedly be useful down the road. Life = confusion

Yes sir.

I'm tired of worrying about it though
and I'm tired of determining my worth by societies standards.
So screw it. I'm going to have fun and be a support for friends - whatever that may mean at the time.
And I'm going to dance barefoot faaar more often.

So, I went to get my haircut today and starting talking to this older woman who recently broke her collarbone when she got knocked over by a wave on a Pacific Island.
