I've figured it out, you guys! If you plug your nose, it makes everything taste better!

Well, not better, but nothing really tastes different than anything else, so same difference.

Now, if only there were ketchup...

Not that I've found yet. You'd think there WOULD be. Nothing to make a person feel like the scum of the earth than clogged arteries!

I... think it is meat flavoured mush.

Hope it's not owl meat...

...I don't think I'll be eating the grey stuff anymore.

I just pretend I'm in some old Muggle war film, or some musical. I always want to march up to Carrow with me empty bowl and go "please sir, I want some more!" I don't think he'd get the reference, though.

So I pretty much think you need to teach everyone this song, so that we can all break out into it during dinner.

Do you have to I feel guilty enough already without

Smell is heavily linked to taste. Food tends not to taste very good when you have a cold.

At least they're feeding

You're right; the only time my mum can ever get me to eat haggis is when I have the flu.

That's probably more due to the fact that haggis is disgusting, actually, and you're so out of it because of illness that you don't really know what you're doing.

That is also highly likely. I'm pretty sure I could die happily if I never have to eat haggis again in my life.

You should stop taking Pepper Up Potion in the hope that you get a cold. Apparently all food tastes the same when you have one.

If I didn't want all the other things that go along with being sick, I might actually think about doing that. My love of being uncongested outweighs my desire to not taste things.
