I'm still really sore. Using the ice pack every minute that it stays cold, and pumping the Motrin every 4-6 hours depending on the pain. I don't recommend the 10 stair flight dive. Definitely a lesson learned...hold the railing, that's why it's there!

I was taking the recycling downstairs (flight of 13). The cat was running upstairs. I tripped over the cat, sent the recycling flying, and followed after on my back. Watched Festival Express lastnight. GREAT movie if you're into Janis Joplin and the like.

We ventured to the library yesterday and walked out with a boatload of stuff. I almost forgot how exciting free books can be!

As of today...I have successfully updated my library account by PAYING MY HEFTY FINE!!!!! I'm back baby! :o)
