Poll Do you keep a well-stocked fridge?

It's my Friday! I have to work at 4. It will be a gravy shift, but kind of boring. We have one girl (she just turned 15) who needs two staff of her own, all the time, because she has severe FAS. She has a history of running into traffic, attempting to assault people, etc. Having said that, most of the time, she's a blast to work with. I adore her. ( Read more... )

So I now have a gym "routine". I still hate the gym but I'm pretty excited about actually having a structured plan while I'm there. What I usually do is go, try do 20 minutes on the treadmill, and then look around at all the other equipment, feel totally intimidated, and leave.
