Found something crazy on the way home from business stuff on Broadway with Ariel--SEVEN little dogs in a car with the windows almost all the way up. S-E-V-E-N.

Fisher's been gimpy for the last little bit--didn't like to jump up as much, sleeping more, periodically losing her mind and trying to groom the hurty out of her hips like a crazed beast and all. Making a vest, lightly quilted, that after a piffling minor pattern modification has TWO PIECES. TWO. Back, and front. To be fair, one cuts two fronts, but they're while the fabric is folded, see, which means it's one piece's worth of time...so what with facing, poofy batting fabric and lining, that's six pieces total.
