[The sound of dripping water seems to be at random, and the very faint smell of blood mixing with something that's not unlike... Bleach and rotten eggs?]
[There are doors to rooms in the distance, the pipes above leaking drops down onto the floor, the concrete is putted and worn, and the smell seems to be coming from there, as well as the quiet sound of voices]
["Well Mr. Hastings, aren't you in a bind right now?" "No don't worry, we'll let you out of those when we get back to base" "You remember that report, don't you?" and then a quiet, muffled "...oh god."]
[The room is empty, just a chair in the center of the room, a pair of handcuffs open on the floor, and the occasional spot of fresh blood on the seat. Notably the floor isn't pitted here, and there's just the smell of blood, oil, and gunpowder instead of sulfur and bleach.
Which on that note, heaven help you if any of those drips got on your robes, that's going to bleach the hell out of them]
[Yeaaah that's not the best choice, seeing as the entire hallway is wet with the stuff, and holes in seemingly all the pipes overhead, leaking constantly. Run fast buddy]
It's a set of distorted shadows being reflected on the wall, flickering like the light projecting them is almost constantly in danger of guttering out. There are patches of them almost seemingly cut out, making details of a mass of damage on one of their "faces". The taller one tries to wash that "burn" in a shadowy sink, and the seated figure recoils and thrashes out of the water. There's the most painful sound, more a yelp than anything, and then the taller figure places a hand on the other one's shoulder.
"Does it really hurt that much?" While the other one shakily breathes."]
