I don't feel up to posting much more than this.
I am alive, getting well and hoping for the best.
LJ seems to have cut me off from my friends feed so I apologize if it seems I am ignoring you. Dunno how to fix it, don't want to think about it.
I am sure I will feel better with rest. 2017 has been a long haul so far. -

The Paleo Report - Day One #5 (Well, dang)
I haven't got the exercise part down yet. And I eat chocolate (Dove promises) every night. I was trying for five since anxiety makes me eat a lot more than that. I also had an uber bar.
