So the CDC was hoping to have US breastfeeding rates to 75% by 2004 (and 60% exclusive for the first 3 months by 2010). Well they did it: rice with human genes has been approved for field growth trials in Kansas. The argument is that the GM rice can produce compounds found in human breast milk and can therefore make ant diarrhea drugs.
