That's why I hate casual baseball fans. They just on the bandwagon when all is going well and rub it in your face, then as soon as they lose a game, they pretend they don't even like baseball.
I agree. I hate people like that. Especially people from new england who don't like sports and then pretend that they have been fans for life and don't even know how to play baseball. losers.

thats fine, but its mostly the people that throw it in faces, and go all out hardcore buying memorabilia...
if people want to be fans, awesome... but dont be loud and obnoxious and act like its been forever. i see it both ways, I really do, because you should be able to start liking baseball without any questions... but like mr. anonymous says, when your team starts losing again and there is no fun its people who jumped on the band wagon that jump off as fast. you know? I guarantee that half of the people that "are so into the red sox" right now, wont watch a single game next season.
yes, indeed. when next year rolls around i am planning on watching games, allthough i will be living in nyc so hopefully i won't get murdered for being a sox fan...but i do intend to watch it again. and i'm sure i won't stop watching when my team loses and whatnot. so i guess i'm not one of those losers. i'm a loser in my own way :-P. take care
