i wish i was rich or that it only cost $5 to fly accross the country
i wish i could move everyone i love in southern ontario to edmonton
i wish there were more hours in the day so i could get everything done
i wish lonely wasn't so hard and that alone isn't so lonely

So i'm getting settled in slowly but surely. I have all my stuff now and most of it is unpacked. Still trying to find places for everything and organise everything as well as keeping up with all my studying and reading. So i'm not quite to Edmonton, i am sitting in a motel in North Battleford. Today i will arrive in Edm and get my apt and try to unpack and settle as much as i can with no bed and no furniture. renting is such a pain. I was told by my landlords that they would be showing the place sun at 6. Yes an inconvient time for dinner and such but fine, we cleaned all day to make it perfect for 6....and nothing. The person did not show up. So Edmonton has redeimed itself, i have had a really good time while being here. My aunts friend showed me around the whole city on sunday and then invited me for dinner. The weather has been fantastic (by my standards) and its a nice city, not to big but still city-ish....and i think i have found myself a place to live and from what i have figured ( Read more... )

It has not been a good day. I found out that in Alberta you only need to give notice a month in advance for moving out of an apt. So me going to Edmonton now looking for a place for sept is almost pointless and most of the buildings that i like don't even know if they will have anything available and they don't have anything for me to look at right ( Read more... )

I did it, i finally booked my disney trip and the flight, i am really going to disney now.
This is the first full vacation i have ever booked and it is overwhelming to finally book it, give that credit card number, b/c now it is real.

The whole thing with moving is getting more overwhelming everyday, the amount of planning i have to to and then get it approved so i will get my money back and i really don't have that much time. I am going to look at places in a month and then i have to ship all my stuff there and get all the estimates. All this stuff i have never done before, i ( Read more... )
