At first my heart was breaking, BREAKING!!! for John. I don't think I've ever felt quite so nauseous when reading a story. Oh Poor John. And now Daniel calls Angelo's poky...POKY!?!?!?
Also, you have the perfect icon for this story, that look is exactly how I feel.

But surely John would be superfluous now, if Sherlock has found his true partner?" - this is one of John's self-deprecating thoughts, I was almost ecstatic!

*chokes on tears* Poor John!!! *hates Daniel* Though he does seem to be getting a bit more sinister... (Nobody is THAT perfect.) The scene in the stairwell just proves it. I can't wait for more. I'm thinking I need to hunt up a better supply of sap until we get to where John gets his man! *hopes he will in the end*

(Makes me want to add "nobody is THAT perfect - except Mycroft", but that's just me being obsessed xD Anyway, I'm waiting with you, because I already feel like that lawyer guy deserves a decent smash in the jaw)
