I can't believe it either!
People, the unbelievable has happened: I went snowshoeing today! My friend and I went to Gold Lake Snow Park, in the Willamette National Forest. Our adventure started out with a 2.5 mile uphill march to Midnight Lake. Apparently the snowshoe season has just started- we actually had to make the trail ourselves! The lake was amazing, though. So I had another great day snorkeling, despite the communication error I had with my driver- instead of Hin Wong Bay, he took me to Tanote Bay, where I'd already been but was planning to go back to tomorrow. Back to Kho Tao
It was really wet on the west coast here, so since I needed to start heading back up to Bangkok, I decided to make another stop in Kho Tao to do some more snorkeling. I am totally addicted. OMG so tired
Hi! Again, I have done so much in the past few days, I can't even remember what! On Monday I went to Codie and Caleb's school to observe them teaching. That was a kick! Bangkok day 2 & 3
Yesterday I got up very early with the intention of tackling the Grand Palace, the Emerald Budda, the Reclining Budda, etc., all on my own, but then I was like, THAT'S NUTS, so I decided to book a tour through my hotel. Bangkok
I cannot seem to take a single decent picture in this town. First, all the wats are right on the street in front of you and it is completely impossible to get a good shot. Also, everytime I stop to tak a picture I nearly get run into by a person or a motorcycle. If anyone has some advice on how to fix this problem, let me know ( Read more... )
