I know a few posts ago I was loving the fact that it's now too hot to sleep with a blanket but. . . now, it's too hot to sleep. Period. Does anyone know how to counter this? Last night, it was finally too hot to sleep with a blanket. This fact makes me incredibly happy.

In other news, I have an unexpected four-day weekend. What to do?! ("Clean the house" will probably overrule any "fun" possibilities.)

I wish there was a place I could go to that only played the music I love to dance to (obscure stuff- not the Top 40 crap that is the norm in most clubs) and I could meet like-minded people and we'd all do spontaneous dance routines and be applauded instead of mocked. . . my bedroom wouldn't cut it for such a place, though, I'm afraid.

I'm having a Rush Rat crisis right now. The more I research ticket prices/flights from BWI to BDL, it seems unlikely that going to the Baltimore show on April 22nd is a good idea, financially and practically. Color me displeased. I subbed at the preschool today. At the end of one class, I had to supervise the kids as their parents began arriving to pick them up. It's been a whirlwind few months.
