*hugs* I had no idea you were going through these struggles! I will be thinking about you. when i get back to work, we should do lunch sometime or something.
Also, whenever you are nearby, you should stop by my place and we can hang out or something.
I have some residual back pain from the epidural that i received, and absolutely cannot have sex, even though i am fully healed (probably hormone imbalance)... but nothing compared to what you are going through.
I also hate the damn relaxin - it caused me SO much pain towards the end of my pregnancy. my hips just ached non-stop and i could hardly walk 20 feet without feeling like i wanted to die.
oh man, i'm double jointed and i ALREADY have herniated disks in my back. i'm totally fucked. luckily i'm already a moan-groan old lady and my idea of a wild night is trying to learn how to knit over a glass of wine.
anyway, sorry to hear you're in pain, lady. i highly recommend trying out acupuncture for chronic pain, as it is incredibly relaxing and reduces my neck/back pain from mind-bendingly horrific to somewhat irritating when i can manage to fit it into my schedule. and let me know if there's anything i can send you! i'll still be living in the land of alterna-remedies for a few months more.
also, i seriously want to punch doctors every time they use a word like 'zinger', since it all usually means 'searing pain'. i don't trust anyone who wants to make pain cutesy with a needle.
