Just a thought...the diet that came with the work-out routine I clipped out of the magazine goes as follows:
- Avoid alcohol --> Not a problem, I don't drink anymore anyway; haven't in a while.
- Ban bread --> ...Well, I don't know about banning it, but I can cut back, that's doable.
- Curb starchy carbs like carrots, rice, pasta, potatoes, and corn
