I've been making an effort to pick up movies I haven't seen at the library, and picked up Fast Food Nation this week.

I was about to write out a big thing about my new place, put up some pictures and talk about what I've been doing since I moved, but...
Just got a call from Paul, who just got back from visiting me (aww it was a surprise) with his mom (who drove... this part is important)-- and his car has been stolen.

So, I've moved. I actually have been here for a little bit now- this'll be my third weekend. But my internet has been out since Feb 21st, and I just TODAY got it fixed and set-up. cranberry pumpkin muffins
I've been home a lot recently (hours at work cut to part-time, boo... but at least its sometime), so I've naturally been baking. I had leftover pumpkin and a zillion cranberries, so I made some muffins!

My laptop seems to be haunted. A couple weeks back it crashed while I was listening my favorite internet radio, Pandora. I carried on as usual after a computer crash, and opened Firefox to play Pandora again. This may only matter to me since I work (did work, not sure at this point) in the industry, butEGM goes out of print, Hearst buys 1up network. Print isn't dead, but it has to change- but this change has been a slow painful one, and I don't think it's over yet ( Read more... )
