Found an egg donor clinic in Philly that only requires a BMI of 29 or below. Win. That's not that far from me now. Seriously sick of my stomache. It is very annoying to me that I used to be a good size and weight in highschool that I would give a reasonable amount of things to be back to and I didn't appreciate it then. I thought I was fat. Fuck you, old self. Fuck you, new self.

I have been making a solid effort to go to the gym everyday and follow Derick's plan. I also went from eating practically nothing to eating whatever because he told me that if I didn't start eating I was going to mess up my thyroid and it would cause me to gain more weight. I'm finally giving in to doing fitness the right way. All this time i spent trying to cheat the system I could have been to a goal weight five times. My new goal is 1.5 pounds per week for the next year. I'm not going to starve myself anymore, I'm going to eat when I'm hungry, but I'm going to eat well and follow the routines that Derick shows me.
