Starting over again. Looking to lose thirty pounds by the time I leave for Florida at the end of May. This is how I'm chopping up the increments:
198 by 3/31
190 by 4/15
180 by 5/5
And MAYBE
175 by 5/20.
I plan to do this by doing my P90X program EVERY SINGLE DAY. Drinking only water and tea and having a daily Menu that looks something like this:
