Birthday Cheescake
Last night and continuing into this morning I made two lime margarita cheesecakes for my oldest friend's 40th birthday party today. She is allergic to wheat so I made a crust with nuts, cornflakes, sugar, butter and lime zest. It tasted great on the spoon and baked into a crunchy cookie like texture so I'm hopeful. Hi Everyone
I'm moving to Kits. The apartment is small in every way except the living room. The area is very quiet and I can see the water if I walk just two blocks and I can reach the water if I walk about 8 blocks. Happy Birthday Anna!
Today is my sweetie's birthday! She turned 30 today. We got to wake up together this morning and we get to fall asleep together tonight. It was a nice way to start the day- snuggles and kisses and listening to her birthday phone calls. Tonight I'm taking her out for a birthday dinner.

Tonight I came home to an amazing dinner and good chats with Paul ensued and turned into deep meaningful talks. We both grieved the loss of our marriage together holding each other and crying.
