Where have J2 been on my journal lately? I am totes behind in my squeeing!

So besides SPN, I've been doing a spot of J2 viewing lately. And have been intending for ages to do a post full of reviews, and more importantly; pretty pics, following my viewing!

So, without further ado.

I actually thought less of Rory rather than Dean as their relationship neared the end. And I thought it was out of character for both of them to sleep together while he was still married, but I guess they needed to add some drama, and love will make you do stupid things.

I have to watch Friday the 13th, I keep hearing how hot he is in it. (Especially since apparently they wardrobed him in jeans that actually fit him nicely.) But every time I have tried to watch it something went wrong.

Alec was by far the best thing about Dark Angel.

I agree Rory treated Dean badly. My heart broke for poor Dean everytime she split up with him. But I also didn't like how Dean's character developed. It didn't make sense for him to marry when he was so in love with Rory, and had previously been determined to win her back. Just didn't think it was in character, and thought he acted stupidly. And then, after being the kind, patient boyfriend at the beginning and not trying to sleep with her, he slept finally with her whilst married! It didn't make me think highly of either Rory or Dean. As you said, maybe if there had been more high drama that led to the event it would have been more understandable. But there really wasn't much. Rory was just lonely, and Dean, well, Dean was in love with Rory. But then he always had been!

Yes Friday the 13th is def worth a watch whether you like those kind of movies or not! Jeez, his hair, his clothes, his body. Seriously...guh.

And I have to admit I didn't give Dark Angel much of a chance. If it's repeated again I may try and watch more of it.

Gilmore Girls was the reason I had such difficulites with SPN at first- I couldn't stand neither Jared nor his character. Though I loved Gilmore Girls.- but that was because of Jess (Milo ventimiglia's character). Dean seemed so pale and boring next to this brilliant young man ( ... )

Lol I think we have opposing preferences when it comes to Rory's boyfriends then! I liked Dean, but didn't like Jess (who I thought was arrogent and immature). But then I suppose it wasn't that clear cut - I generally liked Dean but thought he acted stupidly getting married when he was in love with Rory, and then sleeping with her once married. And whilst I mainly didn't like Jess, I did like older!Jess. I liked it when he got back in touch with Rory after she'd dropped out of Yale and talked some sense into her. I liked that he managed to get himself together and get a job and write a book, despite being a troubled youth. I also found him funny at times ( ... )
