We went to do our home inspection today, and when the water was turned on, three of the walls leaked. We had a plumber guy come check, and the long and short of it is the water heater is also about to go. The IRS released a calculator and payment schedule. Here is the link to their calculator. The payment schedule is there also.

We're getting $1500 back. We'll be saving it for either fixing the house before we move in or paying off the last of my school loans.

By December we will be debt free except for the house payment. I can't wait.
