I really thought I'd be able to work in a profession that wasn't my passion, as long as I was making good money.
I was wrong.
I'm doing what everyone, including myself, thinks I should be-- its making me miserable.
Blah blah blah always the same. Struggle between the life you want and the money you need. -

I've been forced to face alot about myself recently. Forced to deal with things that I've always chosen not to. And then, I find out some secret that everyone has been keeping from me for my whole life. Well, I don't know who. It could have been just one. Whatever. Riiiiiiiidiculous
There are awful parents that live in my apartment complex. I feel awful for their children.
They make them go play outside while their friends are over doing meth... sometimes all day they have to stay outside. Then yesterday, I see a group of the kids pushing a stroller around so naturally I thought it was a doll in the stroller. NOPE. Some awful ( Read more... ) -

Things I learned about SF during my first week...
When it rains in the city, its cold. Like, snow cold.
I have never walked down the street with such a high volume of people.... who don't even acknowledge your presence.
All the women look the same--high black boots, black long jacket, long skirt/fashionable pants.
BART is amazing.
There are bountiful good places to eat.

New job
Today was my third day of my new job.
I don't really have much to say about it other than my feet hurt and I'm exhausted. Feet hurt from running around the city to and from bart and on lunch.
