I would like to someday expose it to "the world"... Probably just open up on Facebook and to whoever as appropriate while feeling confident about it. I want to do this when I'm ready to not give a shit about what they think or any possible consequences to my action. I'm having concentrAtion/focussing issues with studying related to issues with probably not being able to complete my program on time. I have an appointment with student advising/disability support tomorrow. I hate thinking of it in those terms, but without any kind of support, this is probably a losing battle. baking-induced mood disorder
Baking is something I would like to be good at, but my success rate probably falls at around 25%. Today I burnt most of the cookies I made. And the last time I tried baking a Duncan Hines boxed cake, it fell apart when I tried removing it from the pan. I follow the directions exactly (or almost exactly) and it turns into a catastrophe. I have to keep reminding myself that this is only a phase. The studying, the uncertainty will come to an end and I will know one way or the other if it's meant to be. I just don't want this phase to feel like a waste, although it does in a way. I don't know anything about this girl and can't name a movie she's been in, but I have read a couple of articles about her recent behavior. It's sad how all these details about her condition are becoming so public while she's in a vulnerable state. I'm troubled by no longer knowing what is normal for me in decreasing lithium; are some of the things going on a new "normal" or are they just random occurrences/thoughts/moods. I see that I will need to look for patterns and use my discretion. Right now I can't seem to settle down after waking up to R.; I'm thinking too much.

My Lithium is being decreased. I'm relieved that my shaky days will soon be over (and S. I'm sure is also relieved especially when it comes to me helping him cut his hair!!).
