Volume 3 wasn't translated in its entirety in that Chinese website. And so this translation is from online translators (I won't go into detail here). I did, however, look up parts of sentences that didn't make enough sense.
There's a funny scene in the end that's not in the manga/anime.
My GH DVD came in yesterday, and I think Naru's voice actor

- That seriously cracked me up.
So Naru is openly showing his um... dislike for Masako's blackmailing techniques.

Also, just wondering:
[quote]
"Depending on the situation, I might be able to help out, so want to talk about it?"
A huge grin spread across Bou-san's face.
"To what degree is she taking advantage of you, anyway. If you're not attracted to her, but you still spend your spare time with her, then why?
Warded off with money.
Bou-san's expression was bitter.
"That was bad," I remarked.
"Don't mention it."
[unquote]
Err, is there something missing here? What was Naru's response? No matter how I read these, the conversation seem strange.

Naru pushed him away with money. Like, if you ask a businessman an unpleasant question, he might hand you a hefty sum instead of answering the question. I think that's what Naru did.
The translation goes like this:
「他人の相談に乗れるほど、余裕《よゆう》のある人生を生きているようにも見えないけど?」(To what degree is she taking advantage of you...then why?)
(waved away with money)
So basically, we never find out what Naru really says.

Yeah, Naru's the one saying this sentence. No matter where I looked 人海戦術 up, it always came out as something along the lines of "human tactics", which I assumed meant pranksters. Things do make more sense if it meant reinforcements though:
"I'm not so sure of the implications here. However, this doesn't look good. Reinforcements will be necessary."
I'll leave that as is ^^;
Are you calling Masako too?
^ I'll change that. I know this>>呼んで meant call, but it didn't make sense in the earlier context, so...
I'll leave that as is too. 嫌 can be dislike or hate.
Since this sentence:「
comes right after the sentence where Bou-san grins, you'd assume that Bou-san is the one who said it. It also doesn't make any sense if Naru ( ... )

I think it's funny that Bou-san has monk friend who is also a practicing gynecologist.
Mai seems much more hostile towards Bou-san than she ever seemed in the manga or anime. I wonder when/if he is ever actually employed by SPR? It seems like he works with them, but as his own representative so far.
Naru seems more human, and more like a teenager. I loved his remark about blowing up the entire school and everyone involved in order to solve the case in one fell swoop.
I also like his visible reaction to the question about Masako and how he brushes Bou-san off.
