*______* New chapter!

Cloud's chasing down Hojo without his equipment! D: Gah! Seph and Genesis need to track him down.

And Sephiroth is now musing on how he and Cloud could be related. XD

Whooo! I love this story.

Cavalry! Throw him his sword, Genesis!

Sephiroth had a big family, after all! He was just entirely unaware of it. And most of them were born after he died... *suddenly imagining Sephiroth calling Cloud 'brother' in that same voice the remnants used*

Thanks! :D

asjdfskfj; Even after everything, Angeal's still a bastard!! Arrrrrgh, he can fly now, why not offer his help in finding Cloud? I really can't believe how...melancholy?...he's become, though Genesis' reminiscence of his tainted childhood certainly makes things more complex. Finding out he was an experiment since before birth...and comparing Angeal's reaction to Sephiroth's (i.e. burning down Nibelheim), I can't really fault him for going OOC. I don't know if that rambling made sense, but basically I don't like Angeal, even if I can understand why he might be all emo like this ( ... )

I'm just thinking though, unless Hojo has spies watching for Hollander, I doubt he'd know what was going on. :/ And he couldn't have known that Cloud would incapacitate Angeal, so he'd need some back-up if he wanted to steal the specimen. Plus, whenever assassinations happen, 'TURK!' automatically goes off in my head. XP

This'll be my third year of no-fic, and I have noticed I have much more time for other things. XD; I even have a folder called 'Lent fic' where I store my story alert emails until later.

And we do know Hojo's penchant for shooting people in the face.

Makes you really concerned about his sani-- oh, wait. Nevermind.

Reactions only:

Chilling that you should use a parallel to Sephiroth's future as Genesis' threat in anger: "If his friend died because of this whole fiasco, Banora would burn."

It's about time Loveless came back up-- there hasn't been a quote in chapters!
(And you're still driving me nuts with Sephiroth's ending NNNGHH)

"Admit it, you're just too lazy to walk around."

Deja vu-- "There's nothing alive here."

POOR CAGEY ANGEAL! Cagey-- yet levelheaded?
DON'T LEAVE YOU JERK WHAT ABOUT ZACK?!

I'll reply properly later, when I'm not being growled at to go to bed.

It felt very late.

Genesis' reaction chilled me a little bit. Won't lie.

YOU ARE DRIVING ME INSANE. (And I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every second of it.)

I loved Seph with his snarkiness. I was amused.
"Admit it, you're just too lazy to walk around."
^_^ The interactions between these three is so cute, and Seph is so awkward at life... you made me like him.

Dunno why.

...self-explanatory.

Good. Leave, Angeal, and never come back! *sighs* Why do I get the feeling that he's either going to go stark raving mad and kill everyone or he's going to be all self-sacrificing and save someone by dying? As long as he doesn't do anything to make Sephiroth go all batshit pyromaniac again, I'll be happy.

No Cloud this chapter. Does that mean he's locked up in a mako tank now? T_T

WORSE than a mako tank. Probably he's manacled (with metal) to a table, pumped full of drugs, and being experimented on. Actively.

Hollander was only taking samples, after all. It was a mercy in comparison.

Chemicals are BAD news.

And Angeal's getting better, but is still being an impatient idiot. He should be ashamed of himself - he's acting like Genesis.

So Cloud's been abducted by Hojo, and Hollander's been silenced. Hm. I wonder how Sephiroth and Genesis are going to figure this out?

One is captured, one flies away, and the one that is left becomes a hero...

Angeal just flew away, so there's that, but the one who's been captured is Cloud -- and by rights he shouldn't be one of the three... which makes me wonder what will happen next. Hiihahaha.

Genesis is offended by the implications of your words. :P

Ahaha, if you assume the three are referring to the original three friends... :D

Well, Cloud is the outsider.

... But this means that no matter what Sephiroth and Genesis are apparently destined for one another?

Because it's the one who becomes a hero who has this doomed love with this 'gift of the goddess', right?

Unless ZACK is the hero and Aerith is the gift.
