Title: The Fifth Act
Rating: T for violence.
Summary: FFVII Time-travel. Gen. Cloud has an accident with a Time Materia.
Author's Note: This chapter was a pain in the neck to get right during editing, but in the end, I've become a little fond of it. ^_^ Hopefully you like it too.

Cloud's chasing down Hojo without his equipment! D: Gah! Seph and Genesis need to track him down.
And Sephiroth is now musing on how he and Cloud could be related. XD
Whooo! I love this story.

Sephiroth had a big family, after all! He was just entirely unaware of it. And most of them were born after he died... *suddenly imagining Sephiroth calling Cloud 'brother' in that same voice the remnants used*
Thanks! :D

This'll be my third year of no-fic, and I have noticed I have much more time for other things. XD; I even have a folder called 'Lent fic' where I store my story alert emails until later.

Makes you really concerned about his sani-- oh, wait. Nevermind.

Chilling that you should use a parallel to Sephiroth's future as Genesis' threat in anger: "If his friend died because of this whole fiasco, Banora would burn."
It's about time Loveless came back up-- there hasn't been a quote in chapters!
(And you're still driving me nuts with Sephiroth's ending NNNGHH)
"Admit it, you're just too lazy to walk around."
Deja vu-- "There's nothing alive here."
POOR CAGEY ANGEAL! Cagey-- yet levelheaded?
DON'T LEAVE YOU JERK WHAT ABOUT ZACK?!
I'll reply properly later, when I'm not being growled at to go to bed.

Confusing yet interesting reactions. *catalogues*

Genesis' reaction chilled me a little bit. Won't lie.
YOU ARE DRIVING ME INSANE. (And I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every second of it.)
I loved Seph with his snarkiness. I was amused.
"Admit it, you're just too lazy to walk around."
^_^ The interactions between these three is so cute, and Seph is so awkward at life... you made me like him.
Dunno why.
...self-explanatory.

No Cloud this chapter. Does that mean he's locked up in a mako tank now? T_T

Hollander was only taking samples, after all. It was a mercy in comparison.

And Angeal's getting better, but is still being an impatient idiot. He should be ashamed of himself - he's acting like Genesis.
So Cloud's been abducted by Hojo, and Hollander's been silenced. Hm. I wonder how Sephiroth and Genesis are going to figure this out?
One is captured, one flies away, and the one that is left becomes a hero...
Angeal just flew away, so there's that, but the one who's been captured is Cloud -- and by rights he shouldn't be one of the three... which makes me wonder what will happen next. Hiihahaha.
Reply
Ahaha, if you assume the three are referring to the original three friends... :D

... But this means that no matter what Sephiroth and Genesis are apparently destined for one another?
Because it's the one who becomes a hero who has this doomed love with this 'gift of the goddess', right?
Unless ZACK is the hero and Aerith is the gift.
