o cloud! it's so cruel that he was used as a puppet AGAIN, and was manipulated to act as sephiroth had too!

man, i was afraid that cloud would conclude his reasoning by killing himself--his kid self! so that he wouldn't potentially become another sephiroth somewhere in this different future. but this is no better--to kill both himself and seph?!

arrrgh! cliffhanger is killing me...the softie in me wants a happy ending T_T

i shocked even myself with that thought (nooooo, cloud, don't ever go there). so i'm glad that that wasn't the case. btw, yay for the action in this chapter--much love.

wow. I just read all 37 chapters straight and there's one more to go and its a mega huge torturous cliffhanger!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you don't mind me friending you, but if I miss the end of this, I may die.

Honestly, this is the first fan fiction without sex in it that I have ever read and I am stunned by how totally fantastic it is. You had me completely addicted by the end of the first paragraph and I could not stop reading. You are an awesome writer. I never imagined I could be so addicted to a fan fiction story without yaoi... your story line is just that good. Sorry to ramble... it's 4 a.m. and I've been reading for hours... time to sleep and eagerly await the last chapter. wow, what a ride.

Heh heh. Seriously, the first non-yaoi fic EVER? Who tricked you into reading it then? XD You may be surprised to find some of the best fanfic out there is the gen stuff! I think it's because when you don't have romantic subplots or other sexy stuff to carry it, you have to work really really hard on everything else. Anyhow, I'm glad you liked it. Go sleep!

oh I wish I could remember! I was reading a yaoi story and it had a link to this story on the top in the authors notes saying how great it was so I clicked and started reading. I'm so glad I did. I was like 10 chapters in before I went... hang on... there's no yaoi!! LOL! By then I was like, wow, have to keep reading! I am very surprised to find the non yaoi stories so good... I may have to start looking around and reading more of them!

Suicide by Sephiroth!? I can’t do anything but hope this ends well QQ. Man, I really feel for Sephiroth! And Cloud! (And Genesis- who knows how he’s gonna take this)... and Zack! And Kunsel! And Mini-Cloud! ANGGSTTTTT! Poor guys :(
