My last post was 5 weeks ago.....and that probably wasn't even a real update. Time flies. But most of you who read my journal know me on Facebook anyway. I do need to update sometime. I was tagged in a survey, so maybe that'll be motivation enough. Not tonight though. :)

So President Obama's first official interview as President is with Arab TV. Telling the Muslim world that America is their friend. Mmkay.

Having family and co-workers as friends on Facebook is nice in some ways, but it's kind of annoying some times too. I'm now "friends" with several people from work and several of my older relatives too and it's making me have to think about my status updates. As a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society I'm subscribed to their newsletter and apparently in one of the past issues they posted an article by a Dr. Laura Lorentzen entitled "Why We Must Teach Evolution in the Classroom".
