A Naturopath put me on a
Blood Type Diet 5 years ago, I didn't really stick to it. But now that I look at it again, the foods I naturally have an aversion too (make me feel icky), seem to be on my
avoid list. Except for cheese, bananas, bread, granola, tomatoes, mayo, beer and tea nothing on there would be missed. But I like those things.
