So the pastor in charge of Grandma Jones' memorial service (which is tomorrow morning) asked my mom to "have your kids play at the service".

Sakuya's hair arrived today! I was kind of shocked: I opted for the cheapest method of shipping, which was labeled 5-10 days, and it arrived in less than 3 days. It's long, purple hair, which is just the right color and just the right length -- a pain in the ass to find to begin with, and this was one of the cheapest wigs on the net at all ($20 ( Read more... ) -

Finished the first part of Sakuya's outfit. By first part I mean the basic smock part of the inner white dress. I still need to add the sleeves, the two sets of skirts (I think I'll end up making a full green dress under the white one) and the gold trim. Supernatural + The Pretender
$10 says Kripke was a diehard fan of The Pretender back in the 90's. Supernatural basically IS The Pretender, + wincest + demons. Supernatural wins over The Pretender simply because there's 90% more character interaction that we care about. And Wincest, of course.
