What a fantastic day! Weather was glorious. Mist burnt off by 09:00 for sunshine all the way. Beautiful countryside tri, with the bike course through vineyards and country lanes. Off road run up and down through the woods. Friendly crowd, good atmosphere and good refreshments at the end.

More triathlon...Zuri Triathlon 2007. An improvement on last year, but I failed to get under the hour, which was the "stretch goal" set by the missus (AKA "Official Drunken Roadie" after her Friday night). And I don't even have life insurance...

I'm starting to get nervous about this HIM thing. I'm constantly running through my kit list, so I thought I'd write it down. If any of you other Tri bods looks at it and think "but where's his...?" do say, but otherwise this is for my reference to compare after the event and for the future. ( Half Ironman Kit )

Xeeny and my's weekend at the London Triathlon. Sadly, there are few photos of the event as it was much bigger and spectators couldn't get as close to the course.
