i felt that same way recently about the mix-tape-boy dennis when he walked out of class and was crossing my path and he waved and smiled at me and said "hello." (not "hi" or "hey" or "what's up", a nice, decent, mellow "hello.") and i swooned and blushed the whole five minutes it took to get to my next class.
today kyle just turned around and smiled and lightly laughed. he then proceeded to repeat what our professor had just said as though i hadn't heard him. we talked briefly about how we have yet to complete the assignment and i was stoked because i keep thinking 'why is he talking to me?'
i tried to pretend that i was unaffected, but as soon as he turned back around i had the hugest grin on my face.
