So, by now we've all heard about the new edition of Twain's Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer without the "N" word, and a few other stupid changes. RIP Cleo
So, I had to make the decision today to put my Cleo down. At ten and a half years old, she had developed not only a thyroid condition, but a big ol' mass in her intestines, which, this time around, the doctor assured me was cancer. As I really am about to write a song-fic for Leia, inspired by the tune Tequilla Makes Her Clothes Fall Off.
You can see why this is a bad thing. I can see why this is a bad thing. Yet I am strangely drawn to the idea.
