I deep fried some pierogies today for dinner, but they didn't turn out exactly how I expected them too.

Since I have previously only boiled or pan fryed I wanted to try something new, but alas they were crunchy.   Never had crunchy pierogies before, always something new.  I miss the buttery ones that PRHS made for lunch.

So I went to the movies tonight, I saw both Ratatouille and Michael Mores Sicko.

I should have seen Ratatouille after Sicko because I left the theater quite depressed with the state of the U.S. health care system. Sigh.
