I am learning so much so quickly every day in the new job that my brain is feeling rubbery.

This is a good thing. This is in fact a celebratory post.

Waiting to have 3rd round interview, and drowning n current workload. Workload has been untennable for weeks now.

Can one mock themselves out of a mild depression if the person in question finds no rational basis for their own depression?

So I've been mentally/emotionally under the weather. I come on to LJ and I see very plainly that so is everyone else. Many having better cause than I ( Read more... )

... I've made a different move.

I had to show my hand to do it, but I don't care. It's the right thing for me to try to do now.

There's alot of things that will motivate me; good work, a good team....but I reject the temptation to sit down and not make waves. It's no way to get anything done. I'm willing to settle down, but not to settle.
