What does it all mean, anyway?

My LJ pathology goes a little something like this: I'm inspired to write an entry, but I haven't responded to comments from my previous one and consider it rude to begin writing something new until I do. (At this point, the valid question would be why I didn't simply respond in a prompt manner, thus avoiding any breach of etiquette. I really, ( Read more... )

The tight jeans belonged to someone else entirely, I gather?

You are entitled to not respond or respond freely, depending on how you feel. It's your LJ, sweets. *hugs you*

The question list is still not finalized, but one of them is definitely going to be "Best 17th Century Slang for the Female Sexual Organs".

I am now living for this poll.

Yeah, they did. (And I'll refrain from making any kind of lewd comment about how MY jeans got tighter...)

I'd like to make my LJ feel home-y and comfortable to all those who visit, so still want to work on being a better host.

Seriously, there's over a thousand slang terms on the list, meaning poll questions for months to come. Yay for vaginas!

You're too cute! And I am way more excited about your trip to Disneyland than you seem to be!

I definitely want to re-visit the D-land on a day when it's not so darn crowded. The park is really quite quaint compared to the massive Disney World, but the kids were entranced by the whole thing.

Sometimes it seems like the more that's going on that could be interesting fodder for a journal, the less time or inclination you have to write about it.

That's it precisely, which is a rather sad irony. Nothing like keeping a document of your experiences that frequently misses all the good stuff!

Oh, I liked Disneyland a lot. I completely fall for the ersatz charm of it all, but have a great deal of trouble with the mass of humanity that infests the place. Crowds and me are not OTP.

The goal is to balance the cheezy (Disney, Knott's) with the non-cheezy (Yosemite, various beaches/lakes/mountains) and the seedy (Hollywoodland.)
