It's a level of spamming so advanced I don't even know what they're trying to get. Like those commercials that are so weird I can't tell what they're advertising or how the images and sounds are supposed to be working on my subconsciousness.

Another year, another birthday.

Only 1,460 days until I'm 30.

This is going to maybe sound totally fucked up, but I always feel a little stab of pride whenever I seek therapeutic help for my various psychological problems and find that the therapist I end up with has no idea how to treat me. Today I visited my advisor because I needed some advice about my essays. When she opened the door and saw me, she made a face and said, "You're not here to see me, are you?"

Yesterday I finally met with a doctor that appeared to give a damn about my problematic proboscis. Today while taking a shower I got another random nosebleed. After getting it under control, I unexpectedly coughed up a huge glob of blood into the tub.
