I can honestly say that the last few days helping Professor Snape have been an experience if nothing else. Oh! Yes a great learning curve indeed. Returning to her room after doing what was required of her Hermione picked up her journal that sat on her bedside table and walked over to the desk. She sat and opened the journal to the next empty page and picked up her quill and began to write. She needed to do something to get these feelings out of her, before they consumed her.

With classes still cancelled Hermione needed to keep her keen mind active by feeding it with as much knowledge as she could. So after breakfast she headed back to her room to begin reading the books she had found on House Elves and other small magical creatures.
