Here's a link with info about Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) which is what Gina had.  My vet said that they've seen 4x the number of cases in 2007 than in the last five years combined and that it seems to be more frequent with cats that were strays or came from a shelter.

Work has been good.  We just got this new Thunder Interactive Flipchart system which is probably the coolest thing since sliced bread.  Seriously, it rules.  I got volunteered to be the point person for this and I'm leading a huge training session next week (sooo nervous).  I'm learning a ton and definitely thinking architecture may be a good ( Read more... )

Though I haven't slept in about 2 days, things are going much better.  I've bonded with both kitties and they're actually getting used to being held.  The lack of slept is mostly due to having so many new things happen in the last two weeks: two new jobs and two new kitties....whew!  The kitties went to the vet today, and $287 later, they're on ( Read more... )
