It is so great to hear that life is looking much better for you these days! I was actually quite worried there for a bit(but only a bit)you just seemed so down with everything going badly in your first trimester, but I knew that everything would be okay. I am feeling very nostalgic as well, I sure do miss you, have no idea why but I just do, alot as a matter of fact. I can't wait to see you soon and "reconnect" and just sit and chat until the wee hours of the morning(like we used to do). I am looking forward to hearing about what you are having so you had better let me know before you go to Calgary, cause I don't know if I can wait until you get back to hear! Take care.

so you are planning on selling the house when you are doing fxing it up? And hopefully making money out of it I guess.
I wish I could redo the bathroom and all the fixtures like faucets and sinks (in the kitchen too) and the bathtub and everything. I love renovated bathrooms, they are so gorgeous. I never had one, the one in my parents house is as old as I am and now the one in Tony's house isn't all new and shiny either ....

Yeah, the more we improve this place the bigger the profit, which will then let us put more down on the next home. We redid our bathroom when we moved in, and what a huge difference it made!!
