I can imagine Junsu's mother feeling like this and your characterization of Junsu just seems so real and natural.

i agree, little junsu had to have been the most adorable thing to ever exist. he's still so cute in his twenties; he must've been even cuter back when he was a little child :D and i guess my love for his cuteness must have shown from what i wrote XD;
junsu, in my mind, had the hardest time debuting in dbsk. that's why he's such a perfectionist sometimes; although yunho, yoochun, and jaejoong all had to go through their trials just to become a trainee, they never had to go through 3 years of wondering if years of training would be wasted when they don't manage to debut. sometimes it's better to not have hope. that's why i'm glad changmin has the 4 other boys; they keep changmin grounded (even though i don't think changmin's the type to let fame go to his head 8D)
i think that, although the boys do get a certain feeling of elation from winning all the awards throughout their 5 year long career, they never get enough time to just sit and stare at the 23847923 awards they have. they're always too ( ... )
