For some reason, today I have the urge to go buy a box of oreos and see if I can't eat the whole thing in one sitting.

I mean, that's a likely puke for a normal person. For me it's a guarantee.

Living with another foodie is awesome.

Tonight we made zucchini bread because Vince had never had it before.
I don't know yet how well it turned out, it's still cooling.

At some point in the near future we're going to make chocolate chip cookies, while drinking. Probably gin.

Back in EL. Gave Mike a ride to the airport this morning, and am now settling into his mini-apartment that is the upstairs portion of the house. I spent 4 hours today making vegan tamales. Part of the reason it took 4 hours is that it takes a while to individually form and wrap 2 dozen of them, but it's a pretty involved process in general. They were worth it though. Sooooo good. And I have a ton left over ( Read more... )
